• After receiving total amount paid only then further process such as Travel Insurance will be done 14 days before departure as it is a Series Tour.
• Kind Reminder : Tour Escort from IBC Tours will be sent if the group is more than 25 pax below to that our representative guide will be receiving at the country’s airport.

• Hot Air Balloon is totally Free Of Charge, in the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or the balloon company revoke the current offer no compensation or replacement will be entertained.
• Hot Air Baloon is subject to Space slot availability and weather condition. Cancelation can happen under this situation.
• IBC Reserve the right to change Hot Air Ballon in Cappadocia to Pamukkale

2. Special Turkey promotion comes with Free Hot Air Baloon Ride . In Pamukkale the event Hot Air Baloon Ride being canceled due to unfavourable weather conditions or any other reasons No refund will be entertained.
